Hi - just wanted to let you know that Ruby seems to be feeling better today. Her fever broke last night and she was able to go to daycare today. She has taken quite a liking to pedialyte (cherry flavored - silly mommy!) and took about 8 oz of it at daycare today. I am trying to get her back to taking more formula and don't want her to get used to the sweet flavor of pedialyte! I think we're out of the clear and hopefully her stuffy nose and little cough will go away completely by Friday. I am sick of being mean mommy when I have to suction her nose. She hears the bulb syringe and immediately starts crying. I feel so bad holding her down and suctioning her, but I know that if I don't, she will suffer worse! I know that I wouldn't enjoy getting my snot sucked out against my will either!
